Blue Nude
Picasso began to produce works suffused in blue while living in Barcelona and Paris. Known as Picasso's 'Blue Period', Picasso was still in his late teens, away from home for the first time, and living in very poor conditions. The Blue Nude is a sensitive portrait of a female nude.
Here we offer Danielle Willouby's interpretation of the famous Picasso painting. It is an unframed acrylic on stretched canvas. It measures 16" X 20". Donated by: Stacy Landon.
